This is my fitness blog. I decided to keep a separate record of my journey into good lifestyle practices. My overall aim is to get fit and healthy. As you can see from my past posts I have not quite got into the hang of things. I have not given up and am determined to get fitter and as a bonus leaner.

Feel free to contact me about fitness challenges and suggestions. I am not able to do the squat only challenges for health reasons. If the challenge involves other exercises than I can consider it.
