I only just managed to watch the Yardie Movie based on the Victor Headley classic of the same name. It was director debut for Idris Elba. The movie itself gave people mixed vibes as it was about yardie culture etc. I was apprehensive with Idris being the director but was happy to see this book on the big screen.
